What the Forks?!

After watching Eclipse for the second time in one week, 3 things became official:

1) I hate ____

2) ____ can’t act

3) and Alice and Jasper are my favorite couple on AND off screen (sorry Jess)

The first two things I mentioned in a previous blog but because they don’t make any bullet-proof vest with the Cullen Crest monogram on it, I dare not repeat them again. However, I figured it was safe to share my thoughts on #3. Besides, Jess is on the other side of the country. By the time she gets over here, I would’ve had plenty of time to escape.

LOS ANGELES – BRITISH actor and star of the Twilight film franchise is reportedly in talks with Summit Entertainment regarding a TV spin-off, according to Contactmusic magazine.

The actor, who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the films, could earn almost S$2.03 million per episode if the Twilight story moves over to the small screen, reported entertainment media on Wednesday.

According to a report in the Daily Telegraph newspaper, producers want to maximise the films’ popularity by launching the television series next year after the release of the third movie in the franchise, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, in June next year.

The recently released New Moon, the second in the series, has grossed more than S$319 million in 10 days since its premiere in the US.

Edward Cullen vs Manny Pacquiao

while in Vancouver, we werent able to watch “The Fighting Pride of the Philippines” Manny Pacquaio destroy Ricky Hatton in last Saturday’s match. But please believe we were informed of his 2nd round knock out win, and proceeded to celebrate as if we were in Vegas.

I came accross this article from my friend JBeez and it had me going “hmmmmmmm”

NY Boxing Examiner Michael Marley.. has suggested that.., Manny Pacquiao ..might be afraid of the Twilight vampires, but that he thinks that he could take them.

I wonder which particular vampires Mr. Marley is referring to, because from my read of the Twilight series there’d be no chance.

Sure Pacquiao’s a great fighter, a philanthropist (richer than his own government, so he hands out food and necessities to the poor out of his own pocket), and he has a great deal of promise with his career, but take on Edward Cullen? Not so sure.

In the Twilight series, Edward Cullen (played by Robert Pattinson in the film version) is lightning fast (and I don’t mean in the float like a butterfly sense, I mean lightning), “impossibly” strong (as Bella, played by Kristen Stewart, would say in the film version), practically made of concrete and marble, venomous, and a mind reader. So, Pacquiao’s chances against Edward? Slim to none.

most mornings i like to sing this as i get out the shower cuz i feel like its the thing to do.. something about starting off the morning fresh just starts the day off right. feel me?

well, apparently, our boy RPATZ doesnt. according to an article titled Robert Pattinson Hates Soap homeboy likes to think his natural musk gives the axe effect.

“Robert Pattinson also hates shampoo. And conditioner. And shower puffs. Fuck, he even hates water, because the dude apparently never washes his shit and it’s starting to gross out whores on the set of New Moon. Pig Pen lives in RPattz! So the sparkle dust must really be shiny dirt particles.

Robert himself will be the first to tell you that he isn’t really a fan of that washing his ass or anything else. A while ago Robert said he can go weeks, if not YEARS, without washing his magical forest hair, “I have so much residue crap in my hair from years and years and years of not washing it and not having any sense of personal hygiene whatsoever.”

As many of you avid followers of Edward Cullen aka Rob Pattinson (let’s refer to him as R-Pat), we all know that besides being a hot vampire actor, he’s a very talented musician as well. The first time I watched the movie, the scene when Edward plays Bella’s lullaby on the piano, being a pianist myself, I could tell those were his own two hands playing on the keys.

I would describe his voice as gothic and full of soul – perhaps if Johnny Cash were to meet John Mayer at a Nora Jones’ concert? =)

Anywho, here’s a youtube clip from the Twilight soundtrack. If you recall, it was the background music during the restaurant scene after Edward saves Bella in Port Angeles.
